Becoming a better leader is an ongoing process of understanding yourself, building new skills, and practicing them in real situations.
The Leadership Accelerator gives you nine months to do just that. Alongside a small cohort, you’ll develop practical skills and become more confident navigating the real situations that come with leading people.

The Leadership Accelerator combines interactive workshops with Learning Labs designed to help you turn new ideas and tools into everyday leadership practices.
After each workshop, you’ll have time to put what you’ve explored into practice in your day-to-day work. Then you’ll come back together for a Learning Lab where you can ask questions, talk through real situations, reflect on what’s working, and learn from what others in the group are experiencing.
You’ll also complete Talent Insights DISC and Motivators assessments, giving you a deeper understanding of how you communicate, what drives you, and how those things show up in the way you lead.
The people in the room matter.
Your cohort will include leaders from different organizations, roles, and industries. That mix is part of what makes the experience so valuable. You’ll hear how other people are approaching similar challenges, gain perspectives you might not encounter within your own workplace, and have a group of peers to learn alongside throughout the experience.
What will we work on together?
Over the course of the Leadership Accelerator, we’ll explore some of the situations and skills that show up again and again when you’re leading people:
Understanding yourself and others
Use your DISC and Motivators results to better understand how you show up, what drives you, and why other people may approach the same situation very differently.
Effective communication
Learn how to adjust the way you communicate so your message is more likely to be heard and understood.
Accountability
Build the skills to set clear expectations, create ownership, follow through, and address it when expectations aren't being met.
Productive conflict
Get more comfortable addressing disagreement and difficult situations directly, while keeping conversations respectful and productive.

You can find information about leadership anywhere. But knowing something and being able to put it into practice when it matters are two very different things.
The Leadership Accelerator is designed to help you take what you’re learning and integrate it into the way you lead every day. With time and practice, new skills become more natural and the tools you’ve learned are there when you actually need them.

Meet Amy
Amy Lafko has spent more than 30 years working with leaders and organizations to build stronger leaders, stronger teams, and healthier workplaces.
Over the years, she’s developed and refined a proven approach to leadership development grounded in business psychology, neuroscience, and decades of real-world experience. She’s brought this work to leaders and organizations across the country, helping them strengthen communication, navigate conflict, create accountability, and better understand the people they lead.
Her approach is Tactical. Practical. Sticky.
Amy believes leadership development should give you something you can actually use. Her programs combine experiential learning with practical tools, application, coaching, and reinforcement so that what happens in a session continues long after it’s over.
She’s also the author of People First: A Proven Method for an Exceptional Healthcare Practice, which brings together much of what she’s learned about leadership, people, and organizational performance throughout her career.
And after decades of doing this work, Amy knows leadership can be messy. The Leadership Accelerator is a place to bring the real stuff and Amy will be there to help you work through it.

With an investment of $2,300 per person, the Leadership Cohort includes:
12 live, interactive sessions
Six leadership workshops paired with six Learning Labs, spread approximately three weeks apart over nine months.
Talent Insights DISC + Motivators assessments
You'll complete both assessments and use your results throughout the program to better understand yourself and the people you lead.
A small cohort of 10–15 leaders
Learn alongside leaders from different organizations, roles, experience levels, and industries.
Practical tools and resources
You'll receive workbooks, resources, and tools you can continue using long after the program ends.
Nine months of access to Amy's expertise
Bring real situations, questions, and challenges into the Learning Labs and get Amy's perspective as you put what you're learning into practice.
